The special model available on either a regular or long-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed, was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. used as his personal car. The influence of the car can be seen throughout the cabin as well as a Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet, which has an opening window that shows an original crankshaft from the 8 Litre display inside.
W.O. is emblazoned in the shape of a B-shaped air vent on the chrome-colored application that runs along the back side of the vehicle. The signature of the owner, a front grille patterned on the 1930s-appropriate Onyx color of the limited edition, and an optional chrome application that wraps around the lower spoilers left and right. The front grille has unique design, with a chrome-colored mesh replacing the body-color mesh of Mulsanne. It also features the Flying B Logo.
A key box with the Bentley wings holds two keys and features black flock lining. individual key pouches are also available to match or contrast with the key box.
